ORWIGSBURG - A New Ringgold man is headed to Schuylkill County Court after waiving his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday on charges stemming from an alleged drug sale in March 2013 in Schuylkill Haven.

Terence J. Osenbach, 32, of 3352 Summer Valley Road, faces charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier bound over all charges for court after Osenbach waived his right to the hearing.

Schuylkill Haven borough police said Osenbach sold a packet of methamphetamine for $95 and four McDouble hamburgers to a confidential informant about 5:30 p.m. March 13, 2013, in the 500 block of East Main Street in the borough.

The substance sold to the confidential informant tested positive for methamphetamine, police said.

Police also said Osenbach possessed clear plastic baggies at the same time and place as the sale.

Osenbach is free on $5,000 straight cash bail pending further court action.

Other defendants whose cases Ferrier considered on Tuesday, the charges against each one and the judge's dispositions of the matters included:

Lauren T. Meade, 18, of 17 Saint Peter St., Schuylkill Haven; possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; right to preliminary hearing waived, charges bound over for court.

Agron Rusinovci, 25, of 322 Washington St., Apt. 2, Pottsville; driving under the influence and possession of a small amount of marijuana; right to preliminary hearing waived, charges bound over for court.

Caleb F. Wade, 21, of 554 Mountain View Drive, Hamburg; DUI, purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of an alcoholic beverage, stop sign violation, failure to drive at a safe speed, careless driving, minor prohibited from operating vehicle with alcohol and seat belt violation; right to preliminary hearing waived, purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of an alcoholic beverage charge withdrawn, other charges bound over for court.

Defendants whose cases Ferrier considered on March 4, the charges against each one and the judge's dispositions of the matters included:

Christopher J. Johnston, 21, of 430 W. Market St., Orwigsburg; theft, receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at nighttime, conspiracy and possessing instrument of crime; right to preliminary hearing waived, charges bound over for court.

Lauren T. Meade, 18, of Golden Road, Blandon; conspiracy, receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at nighttime, theft and prohibited possession of offensive weapon, right to preliminary hearing waived, charges bound over for court.

Colton J. Cryts, 18, of 2 Wildflower Drive, Schuylkill Haven - driving under the influence, purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of an intoxicating beverage, disregarding traffic lane, stop sign violation, careless driving and seat belt violation; right to preliminary hearing waived, DUI, stop sign violation and seat belt violation charges bound over for court, other charges withdrawn.

Adam C. Kemfort, 25, of 1248 Running Deer Drive, Lake Wynonah, Auburn - DUI, stop sign violation, disregarding traffic lane and five counts of violation of restriction on alcoholic beverages; right to preliminary hearing waived, DUI and stop sign violation charges bound over for court, other charges withdrawn.

Brandon T. Wehry, 29, of 5 Madison Ave., Elysburg - theft, receiving stolen property, loitering and prowling at nighttime and conspiracy; right to preliminary hearing waived, charges bound over for court.
