DEER LAKE - State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating an incident where a man impersonated a police officer about 10 p.m. Saturday in the southbound lanes of Route 61, just north of Penn Street in West Brunswick Township.

The man then got back into his vehicle, made a U-turn and left the area traveling north on Route 61, police said, adding that he did not attempt to lure the woman to another location or take her into custody.
