SHENANDOAH - An Auburn man charged with a burglary Sept. 7 or 8 at 550 Phinneyville Road in East Union Township waived his right to a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Anthony J. Kilker.
Ryan I. Miller, 24, of 88 Woodland Drive, was arrested by state police Trooper Edward Lizewski of the Frackville station and charged with one count each of burglary and theft and two counts of criminal trespass.
By waiving his right to a hearing, Miller will now have to answer to all four charges in Schuylkill County Court.
Lizewski charged Miller with breaking into a two-car garage owned by Kevin J. Donnatacci that contained a small "game room" and stealing items valued about $1,620.
The items stolen included a New England Firearms 16 gauge shotgun, two boxes of various ammunition, a 12-pack of soda, a Parker compound bow and case, a Cabela Bow release, a .50 caliber metal ammunition box and 40 game calls, Lizewski said.

Vincent A. Davalos, 19, of 524 W. Centre St., Mahanoy City - waived for court: possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.
Karen E. Landau, 36, of 443 N. Fifth St., Apt. 3, Reading - waived for court: DUI, DUI-high rate, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicles or property, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving.
Tiara R. Pleva, 30, of 1014 E. Centre St., Mahanoy City - held for court: false identification to law enforcement, retail theft, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Leonard D. Berry, 34, of 10 Tar Road, Box 214, Lost Creek - waived for court: simple assault, harassment and recklessly endangering another person.
Darrin R. Hauze, 19, of 223 E. Centre St., Apt. 6, Shenandoah - held for court: false identification to law enforcement, possession of drug paraphernalia and retail theft.

ORWIGSBURG - A Cressona man is headed to Schuylkill County Court after waiving his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday on charges that he stalked a teenage girl in the last two months in Schuylkill Haven.
David P. Hunsicker Jr., 48, of 113 Wilder St., faces charges of stalking and harassment. Magisterial District Judge James R. Ferrier bound over the charges for the county court after Hunsicker waived his right to the hearing.
Schuylkill Haven borough police alleged Hunsicker drove past the 16-year-old girl three times in March and April while she was walking down borough streets.
On each occasion, Hunsicker drove his red 2005 Dodge pickup truck past the girl, police said. Each time, the girl looked up and Hunsicker blew her a kiss, according to police.
The girl felt unsafe and threatened, police said.
Police said the girl identified Hunsicker as the perpetrator.
Hunsicker is free on $5,000 unsecured bail pending further court action.
