SHENANDOAH - The borough council held a special meeting for general purposes Thursday evening, but no action was taken.
The meeting was scheduled to begin at 6 p.m., but borough council entered into an executive session to discuss personnel matters at 5:58 p.m. The session ended at 6:34 p.m. Council President Donald E. Segal called the meeting to order immediately afterward.
Segal dispensed with holding the public portion.
"There was an issue with personnel, but the consensus is that this should be tabled for further action," Segal said.
Leo Pietkiewicz made the motion to table, seconded by Paul Holland. The motion was passed on a voice vote, after which he called for adjournment.
