HECKSCHERVILLE - A man and a woman were flown to the hospital after crashing an ATV into a pole about 7 p.m. Saturday on Valley Road in Foster Township.
State police at Schuylkill Haven said the man and woman were on an ATV headed toward Heckscherville when the driver lost control on a curve and hit two traffic signs and a telephone pole.
Two MedEvac helicopters landed at the baseball field behind the municipal building to transport the patients to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.
Police at the scene did not provide any further details as of press time Saturday.
