Police charge 2
in incidents
HOMETOWN - Rush Township police have recently charged two people with theft by deception and receiving stolen property for incidents that occurred at Wal-Mart.
Mandi Gossman, New Ringgold, was charged in connection with an incident that occurred April 24 involving the theft of a gift card worth $38.18, police said Friday.
Allen P. Brown, Easton, was charged in connection with a similar incident that occurred April 25 involving a gift card worth $101.73, police said.
Police investigate
township burglary
Rush Township police said Friday they are investigating a burglary in the township.
Police said the theft occurred between 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at 413 Pine Creek Drive.
Money and jewelry were taken, police said.
