SHENANDOAH - A 34-year-old Mahanoy City woman charged with stabbing her mother's boyfriend to death inside their home on Dec. 1, 2013, is among those scheduled to plead not guilty Monday during arraignment in Schuylkill County Court.

Kimberly Hons, 739 E. Mahanoy Ave., was arrested by Mahanoy City police Patrolman Jonathan McHugh and charged with two counts each of voluntary manslaughter and aggravated assault and one count each of possessing instruments of crime and recklessly endangering another person.

McHugh charged Hons with stabbing Lawrence Quinn in the chest during an argument, killing him.

He said both Hons and Quinn had been drinking at the time of the stabbing, and that the following day Hons gave an interview to a local television station in which she admitted to stabbing Quinn.

Others scheduled to plead not guilty, and the charges against them, include:

Raymond R. Hillibush, 34, of 608 Centre St., Apt. 1, Ashland - aggravated assault on police, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Edward M. Krusinsky, 43, of 30 N. Centre St., Ringtown - DUI and failure to drive on roadways laned for traffic.

Robert J. Darcangelo, 66, of 121 S. Liberty St., Apt. 1 Box 283, Schuylkill Haven - DUI, DUI-highest rate, failure to drive on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving and failure to use seat belts.

Edward W. Farrell, 54, of 106A Market St., Port Carbon - DUI, DUI-highest rate, careless driving and violation of general lighting requirements.

Eric A. Neidlinger, 37, of 501 E. Norwegian St., Pottsville - DUI, DUI-high rate, failure to drive on roadways laned for traffic, careless driving and maximum speed limits violation.

Michelle L. Koudelka, 40, of 601 Schuylkill Ave., Pottsville - DUI, DUI-highest rate, driving under the influence of drugs and driving at an unsafe speed.

Tyler A. Brake, 22, of 700 W. Mahantongo St., Apt. B, Pottsville - prohibited offensive weapons, driving under the influence of drugs, violation of general lighting requirements and failure to be licensed.

Donald Mates, 55, of 750 Cressona Road, Pottsville - DUI, DUI-highest rate and driving at an unsafe speed.

Joshua M. Richmond, 27, of 15 N. Sixth St., Frackville - driving under the influence of drugs, defiant trespass and accidents involving damage to unattended vehicles or property.

Juan Zamudio Ruiz, 42, of 328 W. Atlantic St., Shenandoah - DUI.

Robert E. Victor, 31, of 28 S. Grant St., Shenandoah - possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving under the influence of drugs and failure to obey traffic control signals.

John R. Miller, 47, of 19 Pike St., Port Carbon - DUI, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, driving an unregistered vehicle and failure to obey traffic control signals.

Agron Rusinovci, 25, of 322 Washington St., Apt. 2, Pottsville - driving under the influence of drugs and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Michael A. Bernotas, 55, of 222 Green Mountain Road, Box 374, Ringtown - DUI and violation of periods requiring lighted lamps.

John H. Pryce, 52, of 552 Mount Olive Blvd., Lost Creek - DUI and failure to obey traffic control signals.

Eduardo Hidalgo Lopez, 35, of 182 Indiana Ave., Shenandoah - DUI, DUI-high rate and failure to drive on roadways laned for traffic.

Michael J. Kachmar, 56, of 514 Spruce St., Pottsville - DUI, DUI-highest rate and violation of period requiring lighted lamps.

Paul Petrulsky, 27, of 217 E. Jackson St., McAdoo - DUI, DUI-highest rate, driving under the influence of drugs, driving under combined influence and careless driving.

Frank R. Pientko, 49, of 214 W. Sherman St., McAdoo - driving under the influence of drugs, violation of general lighting requirements and turning movements and required signals violation.

Christopher A. Evans, 30, of 3 Grist Mill Road, Orwigsburg - DUI, DUI-high rate and driving at an unsafe speed.
