A Pottsville woman will spend time in prison after being sentenced Thursday in Schuylkill County Court for selling drugs.
Kelly F. Webber, 45, must serve six to 23 months behind bars under the terms of President Judge William E. Baldwin’s sentence.
Baldwin also sentenced Webber to pay costs and $100 to the Substance Abuse Education Fund and submit a DNA sample to law enforcement authorities.
Webber pleaded guilty on April 3 to delivery of a controlled substance, with prosecutors withdrawing charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Schuylkill County detectives charged Webber with selling drugs on Jan. 15, 2013, in Pottsville.
Also in the county court, Judge Jacqueline L. Russell on Wednesday accepted guilty pleas from, and, pursuant to agreements between prosecutors and defendants, imposed the indicated sentences on, these people:
Bradley J. Haslam, 38, of Pottsville — driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension; 72 hours to six months in prison with immediate parole, 12 months consecutive probation, $1,200 in fines, $100 SAEF payment, $50 payment to the Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, $113 restitution to the state police crime laboratory in Pennsylvania, $460 restitution to Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street and 20 hours community service.
Neil B. Kennedy, 56, of Lansford — three to six months house arrest with electronic monitoring, $1,500 fine, $100 SAEF payment, $50 CJEA payment and 20 hours community service, with sentence effective Aug. 6. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of careless driving.
Joseph G. Klinger, 35, of Shenandoah — public drunkenness; $25 fine. Prosecutors withdrew charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Kyle R. Klinger, 28, of Schuylkill Haven — possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; 13 months probation, $100 SAEF payment, $50 CJEA payment, drug and alcohol evaluation, mental health evaluation and 40 hours community service.
Lucas E. Krankowski, 35, of Coal Township — possession of drug paraphernalia; 27 days to 12 months in prison with immediate parole, $100 SAEF payment, $50 CJEA payment and 20 hours community service. Prosecutors withdrew a charge of driving unregistered vehicle.
All defendants who were sentenced must pay costs as a part of their sentences.
