John J. Magdeburg did not show up Wednesday in Schuylkill County Court to plead guilty in one case, and compounded his trouble by not showing up again Friday for a bail hearing in his second case.

President Judge William E. Baldwin revoked Magdeburg's $15,000 percentage bail Friday after issuing a bench warrant for him Thursday for his failure to appear to enter his plea.

Baldwin again was on the bench Friday when Magdeburg, 34, of Ashland, was not present for the bail revocation hearing.

"I have no idea where he is," Assistant Public Defender Kent D. Watkins, Magdeburg's lawyer, told Baldwin on Friday.

In the case in which he was to have entered a guilty plea, Magdeburg is charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Saint Clair police had charged him with committing those crimes Sept. 23, 2012, in the borough.

The terms of his proposed plea in the first case were not revealed on Wednesday.

In the second case, Ashland police charged Magdeburg with burglary and criminal trespass.

Police allege Magdeburg broke into a home at 1002 Walnut St. in the borough at 9:08 p.m. June 8. Police said Magdeburg pushed an air conditioner through a window and climbed into the residence to try to steal guns.

Magdeburg had been free after posting $1,500, or 10 percent of his bail in the second case. The
