The 2014 Greater Pottsville Winter Carnival concludes Saturday with the Senior Princess Coronation Pageant and Queen's Ball.
At the pageant, one of 18 women will be crowned Queen of Snows. The pageant begins at 7 p.m. in the Pottsville Area High School auditorium. The ball will follow at 10 p.m. at Hillcrest Hall.
The following are the 2014 senior princess candidates:
Angela Avolio, 24, of Shenandoah Heights, is a daughter of Mary and Frank Avolio. She is a 2007 graduate of Shenandoah Valley High School and a graduate of Penn State Schuylkill. A waitress at Palermo's Restaurant and a bartender at Strikers Pub, she is sponsored by Smokers Heaven.
Kelly Ann Bensinger, 24, of Valley View, is a daughter of Brenda Bensinger and the late Lawrence Bensinger. She is a graduate of Tri-Valley High School and Pennsylvania College of Technology. Employed by Metal Industries Windows and Doors, she is sponsored by Pottsville Area Development Corp.
Kayla Bolinsky, 19, of Ashland, is a daughter of Len and Wendy Bolinsky. She is a 2003 graduate of North Schuylkill High School and is attending Lebanon Valley College, Annville. She is sponsored by Special Moments Bridal.
Robin Lee Bozeman, 22, of Pottsville, is a daughter of Keith Bozeman and Elizabeth Grace. She is a graduate of Absegami High School, New Jersey. A commercial driver and sales associate at AutoZone, she is sponsored by Pottsville Lions Club.
Shannon Brophy, 24, of Minersville, is a daughter of Connie and Marty Brophy. She is a 2007 graduate of Minersville Area High School and a 2011 graduate of St. Franics University, Loretto. A special education teacher at Minersville Area High School, she is sponsored by Reliable Home Supply.
Alyssa Cuccurullo, 21, of Frackville, is a daughter of Lisa and Dan Cuccurullo. She is a graduate of North Schuylkill High School and is attending Kutztown University. She is sponsored by D.G. Yuengling & Son Inc., where she is a tour guide.
Kate L. Delenick, 25, of Pottsville, is a daughter of Dave and Pam Delenick. A graduate of Pottsville Area High School and McDaniel College, she is attending Alvernia University. She is a teacher in the Pottsville Area School District and is sponsored by Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Pottsville.
Ashley Farr, 24, of Lake Wynonah, is a daughter of Mike and Amy Farr. She is a 2008 graduate of Schuylkill Haven Area High School and a 2012 graduate of Lebanon Valley College, Annville. A recreational therapist at Luther Ridge at Seiders Hill, she is sponsored by White Pear.
Megan Elaine McGeever, 24, of Pottsville, is a daughter of Cindy and Patrick McGeever. She is a graduate of Pottsville Area High School and Schuylkill Technology Centers. A licensed practical nurse at PSA Healthcare, she is sponsored by American Way Fair.
Madeline Milillo, 18, of Schuylkill Haven, is a daughter of Victoria and Michael Milillo. She is attending McCann School of Business & Technology. Employed by Staples, she is sponsored by the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
Maria Naradko, 19, of Port Carbon, is a daughter of David and Susan Naradko. She is attending Penn State University, majoring in clinical psychology and is sponsored by Pottsville Kiwanis Club.
