St. Joseph
Rachel M. Troxell, a sophomore chemistry major, was named to the dean's list at St. Joseph University, Philadelphia, for the fall semester.
She graduated from Pine Grove Area High School in 2012.
Rachel is a daughter of Michael and Marlene Troxell, Pine Grove, granddaughter of Ivan and Marie Loy, Pine Grove, and George and Suzanne Troxell, Pottsville.
