ELIZABETHVILLE - A Pillow man is headed to Dauphin County Court after waiving his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday on child pornography and related charges.
Dennis L. Buffington, 67, faces charges of child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors, indecent exposure and dissemination of explicit sexual material.
Magisterial District Judge Rebecca J. Margerum bound over all charges for court after Buffington waived his right to the hearing.
State police at Lykens charges Buffington with committing his crimes on April 12 in Halifax Township.
Buffington is free on $100,000 straight cash bail pending further court action. He is scheduled to appear in court at 8:30 a.m. July 14 for his formal arraignment.

Rodger L. Garrison Jr., 30, of 1005 W. Main St., Valley View; simple assault and harassment; right to preliminary hearing waived, charges bound over for court.
Tylor M. Graver, 22, of 362 Church St., Millersburg; possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; right to preliminary hearing waived, charges bound over for court.
Derron A. Hook, 48, of 986 Medical Road Apt. 8, Millersburg; two counts of theft and one each of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and driving under suspension; right to preliminary hearing waived, charges bound over for court.
John V. Kennedy, 51, of 213 E. Spruce St., Williamstown; two counts of harassment and one each of burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, reckless driving and violation of restrictions on alcoholic beverages; charges held for court after preliminary hearing.
Alexander V. Mahoney, 23, of 2660 Route 25 Apt. 2, Spring Glen; DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, giving false information and two counts of seat belt violation; charges dismissed.
