Schuylkill County District Attorney Christine Holman and county Detective Dennis Clark are asking the public's help in finding a man wanted on an assault charge.
Police said Dean Lamar Dubois, 34, is wanted on an outstanding bench warrant out of Schuylkill County Court for failing to show at the county prison to begin serving his sentence on a charge of simple assault.
Dubois is a white/Hispanic man, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds, police said. He has a last known address of 203 Main St., Tremont.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this man or on any other fugitive in Schuylkill County is asked to call the district attorney's office at 570-628-1350.
In addition, anyone who may see or come in contact with Dubois is asked to call the Schuylkill County Communications Center.
Callers are asked to refer to incident 07-13-14 when calling with information concerning Dubois.
