SACRAMENTO - Hubley Township supervisors moved forward with their Act 537 plan regarding the sewage distribution project during Monday's meeting held at the Sacramento Firehouse.
The meeting was originally scheduled for 7 p.m. but apparently had been rescheduled for 5 p.m.
According to Supervisor Frank Krammes, who was contacted in the parking lot at 7 p.m., the supervisors, secretary and Dave Miller of Alfred Benesch & Co. were the only people present at the meeting.
Krammes said the 30-day comment period for the Act 537 plan was over at the end of June and the supervisors voted unanimously to move forward with the project including Fearnot Road.
He said Hegins Township will be addressing their portion of the plan at their 7 p.m. July 14 meeting at the Hegins Area Ambulance Building on Gap Street.
